What consoles do you own 100+ games for?

How many people own more than 100 games for a system? How many people own more than 100 games for more than one system?

I know many of you have massive NES or Mega Drive collections, but what about the newer consoles?


To date, I own more than 100 games for:

* PlayStation I
* PlayStation 2
* Dreamcast


I have only just reached the 100 mark with my PS2 games, which makes it the third time I have reached 100. I am catching up with my Cube games, as well as xbox games, but still have a way to go, as both are only around the 60 mark. I am also nearing the 200 mark with my Dreamcast games, although many of those are doubles due to having the two collections... (So I gues sthat doesn't really count until I reach 200 unique games)

My next closest is the Genesis with 85.

Next closest is the Dreamcast with 70-something.
Oh, and I've probably got well over 100 Amiga games, but the bulk of those are disk-only.

i haven't counted lately but i think i probably have over 100 atari 2600 titles. i had almost 500 NES but i sold all but about 50 of the best games last year. the only other system that i might have close to that many games for would be SMS but i think it's probably more like 75-80.

Closest to 100 of the last generation is PS2 at 83.

None. But I'm really close on the NES. I would expect by the end of next summer (after yard sale season) I'll hit 100. I have roughly 150 games on my "must-buy" NES list. Then I'll probably move on to my PS2 collection - given how cheap the games are likely to get with the tradeins towards the new systems.

I've also considered maybe doing an N64 collection next summer, given I've only played the system once in my life I figure I probably should. I've heard the Zelda games are really good. I've literally only played it once, Mario64 and Pilotwings the day it launched :embarrassed:

As far as I know, every system pre PS1 that had more than 100 games released, I have more than 100 for.

Ps1 and later, only the PS1 and PS2 (might not quite have 100 ps2 games, not sure, think I do)

Just NES and PlayStation with 130 and 152 (with almost no dupes), respectively. The only other systems I'm close with are SNES and N64 which are both at 70-something (and if you want to throw the Super Famicom games in with the SNES, I'm only roughly 10 games from hitting 100).

atari 2600 = 100+ carts only
NES = 700+
SNES = 100+
sega genesis = 350+ complete
sega cd = 100 complete
sega dreamcast = 150+ complete
3DO = 100 complete
PS1 = 400+ complete

Intellivision = 105+ (all complete)

Atari Lynx = 93 (almost there) :D

I think I proably have about 100 games for my Genesis, though not even close for any other system. Next closest would proably be over 40 for Xbox or GameGear.

I consider this a major accomplishment though for a 15 year old kid who still lives at home with his parents and never has a perment job! Sure they help by buying almost every Xbox game we got, with me only buying maye 5 or so on my own, but they never help with my other systems, I have even had to buy most of my stems on my own, so dont sart going and thinking, 'ya, he my be a young kid with a fair collection, but thats only because his parents spoil him and buy him all the old games he wants', because it is no where near like that my friends.

So, Genesis, I think so, any other system(s), no.

Only one I've got over 100 for is the SMS, and I'm just scraping in at 106 not including dupes.

Others aren't even close, 50 for NES and 45 for Xbox are next on the list. Got a long way to go if I want to see any other consoles top the magical 100 mark. One day, one day...

100+ games for a single system? Right now I can only claim that with my NES (at about 267 or so), though my PS1 collection is somewhere in the 70s I think. My Genny is creeping up that way in the 60s, but I haven't been actively collecting lately, so they're not growing very quickly.

I agree. Of course, most of my problem is probably directly related to living in north central PA AKA the video game wasteland.

That being said, I'm at 375 NES games. After that, maybe 50-60 for the 2600, then it drops to about 10 (the games I really wanted) for SNES, N64, Genesis, PS2, etc.
