View Full Version : What are EB's and Toys R US Return Policy?

I have several xbox games that I've never opened. I don't think I'll ever get to them to play. They are non-sports titles. I don't have receipts anymore. Will any store take them back as long as they are unopened? Do they give credit to the lowest price they sold them at? Thanks

as an eb employee we will not take those games back with out a recipt or an eb price tag. Try after xmas and say you got them as a gift and see if you can get store credit though. Its the best bet. Now though your chances are slim. Why not sell em here?

Wal-Mart takes back almost anything without a reciept, I say go there.

Target and Best Buy will also
