Realy TTI wanted to release it in the u.s X_x
Still they didn't thanks to (Crapcom err Capcom) they got, greedy and ask a lot for the lincense :angry:

I know that the Japanese edition of SFII control well thanks to the PC-Engine's 6(?) button gamepads, but were such pads ever available in the U.S. for Turbografx owners?

Nope not unless, TTI had that plan also if they did release SFII here.
