I'm not sure this was ever turned into a cartridge or has even shown up on a Midway Arcade Treasures collection - pity, really, as it was quite a fun game back then.

Didn't Sega put out a cart of Domino Man for some home computers (c-64 or Apple)? Sega had all the home rights to most of Midway's games from around that time due to an arcade partnership.. I could swear I remember someone putting out a home version of Domino Man.. And I'd swear it was either Sega or Atarisoft.
I mean, they made a cart for Up N' Down, for gods sake! Domino Man had to have been ported!
I'm sure I'm wrong, but I swear I remeber it for some reason.

It is playable in MAME.
