I haven't played it, but I've wanted to try it out since (1) it is a beat-em up and (2) it features some cool looking backgrounds.
But I haven't read one single positive review concerning it.

It looks great in stills because if I remember right they used a lot of digitized pictures of actual walls/doors/etc. for the textures. I couldn't have played it for more than half an hour but from when I did years ago I remember that the gameplay was very choppy and simple. The camera was a big issue as well.

hit detection was about as awful as the game itself. stay away, even if it's 1 buck... I rather use that buck to buy a homeless guy a whopper jr. or jr. bacon cheeseburger from wendys. seriously, crow sucks hard

No kidding. This is one awful game. I bought it for Saturn about four years ago and played it once. It's kind of like doing a whole lot of hand-to-hand combat in a BAD Resident Evil game. Make that Alone in the Dark (the originals!) Only the backdrops aren't nearly as nice. Really bad static background and FIXED CAMERA ANGLES (very important!) Your character can't be seen in some situations and you'll find yourself getting your ass kicked by an enemy on the next screen. Both versions are pretty rare, but the Saturn port is easier to find due to the much smaller user base.

I found a copy over a year ago at a local gamestore for 5 dollars and i can't even say it's worth that much even if it is a rarity.
Just stay the hell away from it.

Took me ages to find a copy of this.
Was it worth the wait and all the endless searching???
YOU BET YOUR ASS!
This game is superb in an "Oh my god it's actually so bad I'm enjoying myself laughing at how truly and utterly terrible this bag of shite is" kinda way.
Biggest videogame chuckle I've had since they announced they were making a sequel to Postal.

Is there any violence missing in that game?

oh dear lord...
this game is the only thing worse than the movie...
run. far far away.
If you feel the need to subject yourself to this one, make sure you don't pay more than $10 for it.

It's on the PS isn't it? I've only ever seen 1 in my life.
