World of Arcades is no more

Just tried to vist The Sheep's World of Arcades (http://www.world-of-arcades.com/) on a flyer hunt, only to find that the host, Cyberdyne Systems, doesn't want to carry on the hosting.

I really enjoyed this site, it had excellent information on all the Raizing, Cave and Psikyo shmups, along with artwork and even eeprom updates to change the version of your PCB.

Hopefully new hosting will be sorted, but for the moment, I'm gutted.

Doesn't anyone keep local backups of their websites any more? It's a shame something like this happened.

NOOOOO!!!! The "Cave of Shooting" is gone!?! Man, I really wished I'd have archived that site...You can still get to a few of the pages through Google "Cached" pages too (only just text, no pics).

I wonder how Cyberdyne Systems will fund the manufacture of a Neuronet processor with out the funding from webhosting? ;)
