Cool man. You just made we want to search for some Mega Drive Japanese games. Also, I like what you did with your Genny to play imports. Nice one! You stick here long enough you collection is bound to grow.

I always wanted to do one of those like virtual things with quicktime. Where you just move your cursor around the room.

Anyone know how to do that?

everyone's on youtube these days. it's amazing. I'm seeing more and more gaming-related vid's on there in the past 3 months.

When I joined in January of 2006, things were a lot more scant as far as gaming vid's were concerned. I made a bunch (30+) before I got tired of doing it... and now, my fellow gamers have taken the task to hand.

I never knew how to remove the vaseline from my videos, and the sound was always off sync about 5 seconds. Part of the reason I got turned off from making more vid's... they just weren't of high quality, but I like to think of myself as a small pioneer :P (indeed I posted the links everywhere I could... and I like to believe I inspired many to do the same, even though my video quality was bad, the idea was pretty nice)

I live in NY, near a place called Truxton. Yes, same spelling and everything. However, it is pronnounced like this: Truck-ston. Sorry, but True-son just sounds wierd to me.

i couldn't watch the whole 6 minutes, i felt like it should be leading into some type of porno and knew i would be extremely dissapointed when I got to the end..

Nifty idea to tour your collection, although it appeared to be missing ToeJam & Earl complete for the Genesis. I do however like the Shinobi III complete for it's my favorite Genesis title (And the best Shinobi game in my opinion). If I had a video recorder I might do a similar thing, but sometimes it's best just to post pictures of each game and have people browse over them. That reminds me that I should take new pics of my game collection in the near future because I've done quite a few bulk buys since my last upload to the videogamecollectors website.

......though I haven't watched it fully through yet..

What kind of Camera did you use to take this..?is it small,..How do you go about getting the video to the computer.
I'm looking for a small decent priced video camera to make and transfer video to a laptop when I'm at the track..
I'd either attach it to a helmet or tripod.

Currently:
I do something like this using a Tony Hawk Helmet Cam(using a 512 mb sd card) to document my collection as it grows.($39.99)..
..... I also use the TH cams for Pocket Bike Racing Vids....One of my cams seems to lose audio if the noise gets super loud..

My hairy legs are my winter coat. ;)

I didn't like Valis at all, sorry but the gameplay is just so meh.

We were going to do a major DP project ages ago much like MTV's CRIBS show. You know, DP's CRIBS. Maybe you folks should consider reviving that concept.

DDC what camera do you have? Yeah my camera has a 3 minute limit and it TOO has a sound sync problem whenever I upload to Youtube.

Anyone know why in the hell that is?

My camera's a Canon PowerShot A80. It's been bugging me why this camera has a 3 minute limit and why the sound sync is off on Youtube.

Any help is appreciated.

Well, aside from that rainforest growth you call hair on your legs (thats Robin Williams type hairy! LOL )...

The only thing I have to say is that taking a soldering iron to the cartridge port like that makes me cry.

Not to pick on you or anything but there are ways to open up that cart port and still make it look good.
