Looks like a Genesis/Megadrive bootleg.

i've seen a few of those in the finds threads, seems nobody is quite sure. I know there was a couple plug and play systems for dinothunder, that might have been from an earlier one (I have the dino one, but it doesn't need a cartridge)

i should have written initially that the board isn't as wide as a genesis/megadrive board, but thanks!

Blitzwing256: i was probably one of those people. ;)

being the giver that I am I sacraficed mine to see what it looks like. Appearantly these carts are like butt holes, everybodies got one.

here's what's inside, don't know that it helps much:

Awesome. I've always wondered how shitty the plug in games for PR were. I'm sure it's just like the show...the audio kills it and the japanese source is way better :D

So wait... This is a cart for a plug n play? Or is it still undecided what the cart is for?

ER UM well you probably can handle it.
I was at work flipping trough one of those sales planner type books we have in the breakroom and I flipped to this page and lookie what I found out:

http://www.green-ranger.com/nes/finds/ninjastormcart.jpg

basicly the cart in question is a story cart that contains two stories, I looked carefully at the next page with the device itself and its definatly the same type of cart as the ninjastorm one (they had a whora the explorer one in the system) so the great mystery is answered.

ps anyone who has one of these and wants to get rid of it cheaply i'd be interested (I collect pr crap)

Wait...what system? Can't read a thing on that scan (I see the cart though).

the system is called "tele-story"

what makes it even more amusing I found one at the thrift today (didn't pick it up as I had too much already and it was cartridgeless). its based off up the leap pad system for children.
