has anybody ever heard of this site or has ordered anything from here before? I want to order something off thier website but I don't want to enter any card information and find out the next day that I'm broke and the sega-parts.com site has been taken down for some reason. Can anybody help me not feel worried about buying anything from this place?

I have ordered from their ebay id twice with excellent results. Some of the listings are outdated, they dont have the Virtua Cop 2 + gun combo for example.

You could email them, they let you pay via paypal / MO instead if you are concerned.

I've ordered from them many times without a problem. It's an official Sega factory supplier (or was?). A few of the things I bought even came with their original price tags on them -- good for a chuckle.

they're official Sega I read years ago, and I dealt with them back in 2003 or thereabouts. Bought Dragon Force disc only for $15 and sold it off for a decent profit.

I love them too. I picked up shining force 3 and dragon force from them years ago. They ship fast and disc are in excellent condition.

The funny thing was at first you call them up and order a game or ask for a rare game they looked hard. Then they got a whiff of ebay an it was all she wrote. Still great prices though.

A few years back they came across a load of new Panzer dragoon saga sealed. they had like a 2 month auction spree of $200 buy it nows. with second chance offers to every one who bid. That was an interesting 2 months. Great company.

Haha like I said I was one of the many who bought DF disc only $15. Yeah they had SF3 dics only $30 which was a bit too steep for me and I didn't think the potential $10 or so profit or whatever was worth it.

I remember around that time, there were NUMEROUS eBay auctions of US DF disc only, suddenly, "mysteriously." LOL. And you could tell that by all the same disc covers that it was no doubt a sega-parts.com purchase trying to be turned into a profit.

I called them and found that pretty much all of the rare stuff they got are pretty much out of stock already (not suprised). I asked about the Shining Force 3 game among others and they didn't have any in stock. I was thinking of trying again with some other titles they had, but it seems as if they probably have ebayed all thier good stuff.

I have ordered quite a few things from them, it's cool as they have whatever they have listed and the shipping is fast and everything comes packed very well. The customer service there is awesome as well. I like getting 32-X games from them.

My one experience with them was a few years back they were advertising Daytona CCE: Netlink Edition for Saturn...which after I ordered turned out to be normal Daytona CCE...I was a little annoyed, but what can you do.

I get Dreamcast games from them on eBay, can't recommend them enough, search under the seller service_concept or service_concepts

It's one of a few sellers on eBay that I'd buy from without hesitation.

Same here. One of the auctions I won from them on eBay was for a new Dreamcast bundle, and it arrived as advertised. I highly recommend them.
