Not in America, they didn't, no. I sure never saw or heard of one. If someone could prove me wrong, though...

Did any pirate devices do save states for MD/Genesis? I know a lot of SNES and NES ones did.

Weren't they just an American, or rather, North American front for Bung?

I tried to do some searching on google but i could only find the snes variant :/ Would be nice to have such a cartridge for my megadrive. But since i can't seem to find any info about it it will probably be quite rare, and most of the time rare = $$$. :(

Naki is/was not an American front for Bung as far as I know, though Bung did have a similar product for the Super Famicom. Naki has been making crappy accessories for years, the best product they've ever made was a selectable power supply that works with almost every portable console and some home consoles. They're still out there today, http://www.naki-world.com/

Stay far away from their controllers, as they are complete garbage.

As for the topic...I've never come across a Naki (or any other brand) save device for MD/Genesis. I don't believe that any of the MD copiers had this function either.

Naki made that gross Golden Bullet Light Gun for the Playstation. The Game Saver for SNES is alright, though I've never used any of the codes.

Iirc, Naki and Nakitek are two different companies. Pretty sure, anyway. Corrections?

What's up with that VR headset to the left of that add? Did they ever pull through with that?

Yeah I don't get it why do companies back down on items that allow you to save a large amount of data. I found the same problem when they canceled making the harddrive for the PS2 I guess it is not cost efficient or the people dont get wide support. OH well just a thought

The VR set did come out, not sure if it was the same one I had, that may be a prototype. Mine did not look like that. I had it for the SNES, it was crap, worked for about two hours then caput. Then returned it. Played Wolfenstein with it, made me motion sick which I never get. Was a very cool concept. Moving your head would make it turn direction. Had two little LCD screens that were fairly good. Too bad it didn't work. Would be a great collectors item.

A VR headset just came up on Ebay. Here's the link (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110040527531&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:US:1)

Not a whole lot of information on it with the auction but its there.
