stupid NES question

my g/f inadvertantly spoke with her grandma about my NES fetish and her grandma is a real "garage saler" at heart and she said she sees that "junk" all the time, bix boxes.......$0.25 a game. so the question is, are there any games that AREN'T worth that much? other than any variation of SMB/DH and with the ebay auction post i guess they're now worth that even. but i would guess that almost any NES game would be worth a quarter.....considering they have labels in half decent shape. Only one other consideration that might not totally be worth it but i guess for a quarter it can slide by, and thats 10 yard fight......which is a good game but everybody i know hates it. bad deal?

Heck, even the SMB / DH games for a quarter isn't a bad deal. 10 Yeard Fight is fun, probably not worth much more than $1 to anyone, but a fun game.

I can't think of too many games that wouldn't be worth at least 25 cents, if you can get a lot for that price, load 'em up!!!

Top Gun comes to mind. Didn't they sell a million carts of that game?

not totally sure on top gun, but still......a quarter.....i could deal with getting 12 or so before i called it.....you cant even use a pay phone for a quarter.

Lets get real...

I been in to collecting games for 20 odd years, and I seen them all, some of which I should of bought when I first seen it, and others... I still regret not buying like California Games for the 7800. As for the NES and what is worth more than just a few pennies. Number 1 on any ones list should be Tetris produced by Tengen. NOT THE NINTENDO VERSION

A game which I know you can just about name your own price.

i would name my price too, its a B+......even though in light of its newly found, or more recently, stardom......it looks about like a B or B-.

search the cracks, i got alot of good stuff with my copy of tengen tetris. dont go for single game auctions, find auctions with a list of games

i cant remember the exact titles i got with mine but i got Tengen Tetris, Winter games, city connection, Megaman 2, Top Gun, Millipede...and a few others

i got boxes for about half of them including top gun and megaman 2.....all for $40, please people......dont pay outrageous prices for this game, its just not worth it. on a further note the label on the tetris i received just looks like a couple of my sealed tengen games looked when i open them, a tengen label is hard to rough up, but it does happen because people have power tools LOL

Hiya. This thread is confusing me. I thought you asked about games that were NOT worth a quarter? Anyways... Wouldn't a Stadium Events, Secret Scout, or even a Flintstones2 be worth more than the Tengen Tetris??
