I have found 2 different versions of the game Family Feud for Sega Genesis.

1.) comes in a cardboard box and has bigger and bolder letters on the top of the family feud label

2.) comes in hard shell box and has smaller letters on label

my questions are:

is one of the versions harder to find than the other, or are they equally the same?

were there different production runs, if so, which came first?

Edit: w00t!! 1200th post!!!!

I can tell you with certainty that they are equally LAME. (as in the game sucks -nothing personal) :) I actually returned that game because it was too totally terrible to mingle with the rest of my collection. My copy was loose though -so I don't know about your question. peace

WHAT?? I love this game. its just another quiz show put onto a game making it all the more fun. I was playing this a couple days ago with my friend and we were typing in random answers in the bullseye round before the question came up. example:

what we typed in: men

what the question turned out to be: name something a toy doll does.

we couldnt stop laughing. I cant see why you hate this game! And i heard that Louie Anderson was creepy in the PSX version. Can anyone confirm this, and why?

well. maybe i just sucked at it. I don't know -I was expecting a lot and got a little. I suppose multi-player would be better.

Well, I have the PC version of the Louie Anderson version, and yes, he is creepy.

Think of those early Playstation games where a pixellated person would stand in front of a pre-rendered background...that's basically what you get with this one. Louie will say something, and then his on-screen character would do some odd gyrations, that you couldn't skip...and that went on for too long after he was done talking.

I played it twice before it just bugged me too much.
