I am new to the demo/beta/proto scene, so I have no clue whether or not I even have a proto, beta,or just some reviewer copies of games. I talked about this a little bit in a n-gage collector's thread, but I figured that you guys could help me out way more.

Here is the pic of what I got from ebay:

Now I got all of those in the mail excluding Tomb Raider (as stated in the auction)

Now I assume that the NFR games with the pics are simply store copies of games, but the games that are just text, are those the same thing? The games have the version number and what looks like a part number.

I know that 1 of these for sure is a press release (since it says Press right there on it after the version number -> Glimmerati).
But some of the other abbreviations I can't figure out to pinpoint what type of games these are. Here are the abbreviations along with what else is written on the labels:

Glimmerati
ver 042150.50-Press
G2.0 MSK64ROM

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
ver 2.9
MSK 1.6

System Rush
051955 19 PRD
G3.9 MSK32ROM

FIFA 2005
ver. 093004
POS

They reason why I am questioning these being reviewer copies is because I thought that most games when release at least got to ver. 1, but FIFA is at version 093004.

Anyone know enough about these to explain what I really have. Are these all just early store display copies, or something else?

The ones labeled POS stand for Point of Sale, which means they were ment to go in the N-Gage kiosks. Sometimes the kiosk versions were given to reviewers. Full on press kits come in special boxes, here's some more info on the kits:

Looks to me as if that's what you have

Cool.

Thanks for the info dude

I did notice that there are different colors on the righ hand side of the stickers for some of these as well, and the only one with green is the POS copy.

Idk what the 2 are with the green and orange bars on the side, but all the rest are just kiosk carts. I have 2 of them. I would think that the other 2 are the same but idk.
