rare games

what are some games that are most likely to become rare soon? the only kind of title that i know will become rare is kakuto chojin for xbox. can some one help me out?

Clock Tower 3 maybe. There is some hype about the game, and as far as I can tell there arn't many.

The local Babbages got 3 copies on launch day. That is sickingly low for a Capcom game.

How about that new Sega game, Aero Elite: Combat Academy? Sega seems to prefer to short run titles like this (Konami too). I have checked quite a few stores for this, and it's not too easy to find already.

NBA 2K3 for GC seems to have become an instant rare. Sega released a number of them late last year and then did about-face and recalled the unsold stock. Some few thousand copies may exists but conbsidering the unusually short shelf life and lack of advance warning meant so few copies are in the wild.

NCAA 2K3 Basketball for GC is the rarest current basketball game around.

What I found out is this. It's not so much what is rare it is what becomes hard
to find. Best example Dragonball Z for the Playstation. The only reason this
game became rare was because no one wanted it when it first came out.
Which is unlike what happend with Tetris by Tengen for the NES. When
Nintendo bought out the worldwide rights out from under Tengen.
