Just got a 32x package off of Evilbay, and it came with 2 little metal "bracket" things...
Cant dig up a user's manual for the actual 32x console online, and i need to know what they are for...(if anything).
Thx,
Chu

I think they hold the 32X in place as it sits on top of the Genesis that you stick it in to.
They're probably the RF shields that get inserted into the Genesis cart port. Most people don't bother with them.
Here's a scan...
The sides with the 4 metal fingers grab onto the TOP of the cartridge slot, while the other side hold down the flaps.
Done and done...
Thanx!
Those things are a nightmare. I hate them and never use them.
Thanks for indulging my gaming habit when I was young, Dad. You were the best. I miss you. ~David Barnes 1926-2007~
They are especially unnecessary if you're using the AV cable instead of the RF adapter.
Their only purpose is to reduce interference... and that's only an issue if you're using an RF hookup.
