Just wanna mention that there is the "Return of the orphanage" thread at the very top of this forum. It is specifically for manuals, boxes, and case inserts. You will have to pick through to see if what you're looking for is there.

You can also search that specific thread, which may make the task somewhat easier. Use the "Search This Thread" tool at the top right of the page, near the page numbers.
