FINALLY got a day of finds. At a local thrift store:

Pacman 2: The New Adventure (complete and R3)
SMB/DH (believe it or not, I needed this)
SMB 2 (I have NEVER owned a copy. Shame...)
Two nifty NES game cases (I want more!)

...all for $4.44 total. I'm extremely pleased. I know, nothing "big" but I could not possibly be happier. I have one of the games I've ALWAYS wanted.

Kevin Smith, the movie director, just did a podcast where he talked about shopping at the Englishtown Flea Market. It's SModcast #13. It's pretty hilarious.

I bought a bunch of general NES games from a lady, so she threw in some genesis titles for free.

    Shaq-Fu
Barbie Super Model (with the name "Trinity" written on it)
TNN Outdoors Bass Tournament 96 (same name written on it)

Well, I don't know if they are considered finds since I bought them from DreamTR at his flea market booth:

    Dogbone NES Controller
    SNES to USB Controller adapter
and a DS/ DS Lite/ GBA wall charger for a friend

also, got a bunch of random NES games from a friend in a trade:
he got a spool of 8 gauge wire for hooking up car stereos, I bought for $3

    I got
    Rad Racer
    Bases Loaded 3
    Excitebike
    Mike Tyson's Punchout
and a few others I don't remember all the names.

72-in-1 multicart, $2. This has a funny story behind it. One booth owner had this, and a famiclone thing (no wires or pads included) for sale for $30. Too much for a famiclone without anything, so I left it. A week later, he had it down to $8. I left it behind again.

But THIS week, the guy was gone, but an employee of his was there, so I grabbed the cart alone and asked for the price. $2. Hee hee.

Why does the cart say 72+51?

    Probably different game modes.

    My find today :

A pawn shop 1min walking from work!
Haven't been inside yet, going on my lunchbreak tomorrow
A rarity in my area...in my country even :P
And I won a bnch of stuff on some auction sites, but no great deals.

I did find a site that had some interresting finds, like Action 52 for 25$, not great bit still nice. And a lot of R6 and R7 games. But they only ship to the US
Oh well, the shipping would kill the deals anyway...

Yes, I believe that it's 51 games, some of which have variants. There's six Bombermans, two Super Mario 1s, and lots more.

    MiniSNES (av only)
    PSone (all cords, 1 controller)
    Arcus Odyssey (Gen)
    Virtua Fighter 2 (Gen)
    Milon's Secret Castle (NES)

    $40, junk shop.

Will be off asking questions in the tech forum in a few. *laughs* The guy in the shop tried to get me to take a non-working Gamecube with me to see if I could fix it, but I've only been in there twice and didn't feel right about it.

I wasn't planning to do any thrifting today, but my mom wanted to go to Goodwill so I went with her. Glad I did. Here's what I got (all cart only):

    NES:
Top Secret Episode: Golgo 13 - 99 cents
Kings of the Beach - 99 cents
    Urban Champion - $1.99
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (gold) - $2.99

    SNES:
    Final Fight 2 - $2.99

This puts me at 101 NES games!
