Interest Check - Super Nintendo Promo Laserdisc

I have a very rare Super Nintendo Promo Laserdisc from 1994-1995 that I am considering selling. It was used in those kiosks they used to have at Toys R Us and other stores where you would push a big button of the product you wanted to see more of and it would tell you all about it. It mainly features Super Nintendo, Super Gameboy, and the Virtual Boy. Anyways I could take offers as well, and the disc is mint in the original sleeve it came in!

Which version is it? Also does it have the plastic overlays that went on the key pad with it?
