Play-asia.com accepts Paypal. Their shipping is SLOOOOOW, but it is ultra cheap. I bought the Chinese Version of Loco Roco for $20 (new) and it took three weeks to get to me in Missouri. The shipping was only $2 though! Also, they have a very good rep!

I usually foot the bill for the FedEx shipping option when I buy stuff from Play Asia. However, I recently chose the $3 shipping for a game I got a few months ago and it only took 10 days to reach WI.Yeah, but I'm a cheapa$$ that likes $2 shipping.
