I wanna get the new SP, but have no reason for my orignal GBA. The think was hardly used, still practially brand new with the box and all, what are they given as far as credit goes, anybody have a ballpark figure? thanks!!

I would sell it on Ebay, especially if it's so new/unused and complete. I just sold mine--used 5 hours, always handled it carefully, etc.--with everything, plus case and light for 50 bucks.
There's a place here in Minneapolis--EB Games or something--that offered a $40 trade-in. I can't imagine Funcoland would do any better--they always gave pennies for games. I'd list it on ebay with good pictures.
Last I checked, it was something like $30 store credit for a GBA. Just stick it in eBay, you'll get mor,e and in *cash* that you can use in any stores so you could go to one store offering the best sale and not be limited to Funco/Gamstop/EB/etc
Another day, another dollar... wake me when it's payday.
