Will there be a forum for discussing sealed food collectors?

As you may have read I am thinking of starting a grading company for people that enjoy collecting sandwiches, burgers, candy bars etc. but not eating them.

So I think it would be a good fit with people that collect games that are sealed and dont play them.

Maybe partner up at a Gaming / food expo where people stand around and look at unopened food and games in a silent room without opening them and then all go home.

Thats just silly, food is meant to be eaten not collected.

Which is why I always open my vintage food boxes and try them out.

I just bought THIS box of wheaties recently on ebay for 361.00 which is more than I would usually pay but this particular box was from an excellent year.

I cant wait to toss some in a bowl and splash in the milk. Hopefully I dont get sick this time, those bacterial toxins really do a number on my digestive system.

I wish I would collect full vintage food boxes.....thanks for the great idea Sothy. You can make good money when I look at this ebay-link.
I wonder if I just sell my sealed games collection and build up a sealed food collection....

There's no section for sealed food! How could you discriminate against those of us who collect sealed food?

A real sealed game heaven would be the video game section of a large department store in 1992 - when shelves were full of new and sealed SNES, NES, SMD, SMS, etc. I can't remember any cartridge based systems getting sealed games here in Australia though. New is good enough for me there is nothing special about a piece of plastic. Do they discuss new factory-non-sealed games in the forum or is it strictly sealed games only?

There is also a Off Topic area . So you can also discuss about non-sealed games!

    Default Sealed Games

Man is all this flaming and silly stuff necessary. If you don't collect sealed games then so be it, no need to attempt to prove your point that it is stupid to collect sealed games etc. If the point of collecting sealed games is stupid, then the next time you go to Gamestop or EBGames and buy a gutted (last copy) of a new game and it isn't sealed, then you shouldn't complain. Hey, you are going to go home and open it right and play the game (that's gamestop and EB's arguement for selling it used). Now that is assuming that the gutted game isn't scratched etc. Just my 2 cents.

    YES!

Yes, you guys do it so well all by yourselves.

Say wha.....? We're playing the damn game. A scratch can kind of prevent the whole playing of and enjoying the pleasures of said game. Y'all are worshipping a sealed game without opening it, bit rot/disc rot/whatever be damned. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. Video games are meant to be played, not worshipped like a deity!

Final thought: collectors of any sealed item make the Furries look normal. The FURRIES. Think about that.

This rant is an act of rage. It is not meant as a screed against any one person, since it involves a whole lot of crazy mofo's. Any liability towards Digital Press, its mods (who are all Nazis, you know), its administrators, and complete oddballs like kamino, mgriff, and muscelli is strictly denied.

Oh, and Josh Beckett wuz robbed.
