360 transfer cable and cd - place to buy?

Is there any place that sells these seperately.

thats weird cuz i bought my 120 gig HD brand new at the store and it came bundled with the CD and cable.

New 120GB drives come with the CD and cable. The order form is for Elite owners to get a free set to transfer data from their old Xbox.

If you're thinking about buying a used 120GB drive with no cable, you'll probably have to find one used.
