    Default EBGames.com complete?

    Hey...

I was wondering if anyone here has bought PSX/DC off of EBgames.com recently? I'm interested in buying some stuff there, but I only want my games complete and in good condition (that is, w/ instruction, not a smashed case, no disk doctor, all that). Do they tend to ship games like that?

    Thanks, Kev

The new stuff is fine, haven't bought any used ones there though (and I don't plan to because of your very fears!)

Used stuff is a crap shoot... it might be complete, it might not be. It might have just the box, or just the book, or neither! It might be in mint shape, it might be scratched up to hell. They don't really have quality control.

So my advice is, if something is new, it will be mint and complete. If not, you're taking a risk.

From my purchases at EB (Local, not .com), I got a preowned Dreamcast- No book, no nothing really, but they did throw in a new in box controller instead of the used controller that it would have come with. That's something, I suppose... I think they may have been offering a "Free extra controller with purchase of..." deal at the time though.

I'm pretty sure right now (I was in there yesterday) they're offering N64, PSX, or DC for $29.99 with a free game 14.99 or less, which seems like an awfully good deal to me. I've thought about taking them up on that with the PSX (I've just got a DC out of that list)... dunno if it's worth it, considering the PS2 (Which I don't have, and probably won't ever {based on the hackability and hard drive in the Xbox, even if I'm not interested in any Xbox games}) can play PSX games...

It is half and half.I bought some used NES games thinking it would be just the game and half of them came with the box and book.

I have also bought some preowned DC games off there too,all in mint shape, looked like they were new!
That was the look on my face.I hope you have as good of luck as I did!
