Are people actually playing this game? From what I see, as soon as it arrives in the mail, they immediately throw it up for sale at some ridiculous price (including on our forums).

I'm still waiting, I'm not really in a rush so I don't mind but I just thought I'd let people know in case they felt that everyone else got a copy but them.
I have yet to play the game. I sold a copy to a friend for $35 but I still have my own. I'm waiting until my CDX comes in and I'm almost to the end of Eternal Sonata which I wish to beat first. For the 2,400 copies out there I think maybe ten total have showed up on ebay, and one or two on here.

When my Posterity Edition arrived I tossed it in my CDX and X'Eye and played it for half an hour to make sure everything worked and the CD didn't skip.
Fortunately (or unfortunately as far as gaming time is concerned ) my son will be born on Jan. 24th so my girl and I are scrambling to get the baby room (previously my gaming room) ready.
So it'll be a bit before I got to put in a good gaming session, but I can't wait because what I have played so far is amazingly polished and quite engrossing.
If a god is willing to prevent evil, but not able, then he is not omnipotent. If he is able, but not willing, then he must be malevolent. If he is both willing and able, then why is there evil? If he is neither able or willing then why call him a god?
Well now that I've finally received my copy, I have to say my only regrets are that I didn't preorder the Posterity Edition, and I didn't place my order sooner so my copy would be a much lower number in the print run. I ended up with #673/800 but I guess I should be counting my blessings that at least I was able to get a copy of the original version! This is a way higher quality homebrew than Beggar Prince was, and there's no way in hell I'm ever gonna try to flip my copy on ebay or anywhere else, no matter how much I could really use several hundred extra bucks right now. Screw profits, this is now the most treasured game in my entire collection. Excellent job, WaterMelon! I will definitely preorder any other games that you develop in the future, and I really hope the next one is indeed Super Thunder Drive III for the 32X! I don't care how long it takes, Pier Solar has proven to be more than worth the long wait, so I'm sure whatever your next project is it will be equally awesome. I hope that everyone still waiting for their copy to arrive finally gets it soon! I order stuff from China all the time, and it usually takes about a month to get it, so try to be patient. The delay is usually due to US customs, nothing else!
I'm still waiting. I'm hoping it will come within the next week or two.
Still waiting... :/
Got mine in the other day. Really haven't had much time to play it tho. I got to the second city (the oasis).

I just want to say Thank You! to everyone involved in this. I finally got mine and am blown away by everything about it. The packaging, presentation and the game itself, truely an amazing peice of work. The ambient sounds is such a cool thing, incredible idea. The creators of this are the most unselfish and talented group I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. THANKS! again.
I recently ordered the regular edition. Does anyone know when those ship?
