I guess I have to wait around 60 days before they'll do anything about it. Though I'm not even sure if it shipped yet, I got really lucky and managed to win the wallpaper contest that they held in 2008. I don't want to complain since it's free(Thanks again guys!), I'm just hoping that it will actually arrive at some point. A. If your game was shipped during December, the delay to consider a parcel lost is 60days. If the game was shipped outside December, its 45 days. If you still didn't get your game past those delays, you can contact us through the contact form on Pier Solar website to get your case checked & and find a replacement solution.

Solved. I actually have his game sitting in my house. It was delivered to me first so I could send it to him from within the country and avoid any customs or duty issues (it would kind of suck having to pay for something that was won in a contest).
Should be rushed to him as soon as he confirms his mailing address.
