So I played the new levels. I wasn't all that impressed. I did like that they brought back the guess how big your ball is level(s). I got to play each of the other ones once before I had to stop.

I think i'm going to make sure I get all the achievements for this puppy, push my rolls a bit bigger and call this game done. Not playing it for just under two weeks only had me slide about 20 places in total rollup world rankings. I'm not super worried with the amount of people playing this puppy and my scores falling any farther than they have.

So I loved this series and I wanted it for the 360 but I look on amazon to see that it's 70 bucks new or 35 used (not horrible used but whatever). It's and older game so that price tag makes no sense...unless its rare?

Amazon sellers tend to be insane... I've actually come across some games currently in stock at Amazon at $20 that the used sellers have priced at $300.

Sad to say, but eBay is actually a better option.

Gamestop isn't too bad either. You can check their inventory online to see if one near you has it. Only $25.

I bought this when Amazon lowered their price to $20. It took forever, but that was the right price for me.

Bumpity-doo to say that I bought a copy of Beautiful Katamari off one of my friends and I'm satisfied so far. Then again, my copy costs me $20, so it's easier to not feel cheated for playing more of the same. I do like it, and I find that the difficulty level has risen -- there's less space for errors when you roll or else you won't be able to finish in time.

I do find the getting from one platform to the next for level selection a tad annoying -- wish it was possible to just press a shoulder button to rush to the next section instead of making the Prince fly there.

That's pretty sucky re. the DLC that's actually on the disk. Meh to Namco for that.

No button to just shoot you there like We <3 Katamari, but if you hold down X (I think) you shoot around alot faster. It's the only way to move.

Definitely not as good as the first two games on the PS2. It was disappointing.

can't be as bad as the psp version, that version was very frustrating

I loved the psp one. i think beautiful katamari's levels werent layed out well enough especially when it comes to items.

The PSP one was tooo easy. There were far too many repeat levels, so once you found the pwnage path, it didn't really matter anymore. First playthroughs for most of the levels for me netted 90+ scores. Still liked it alot. Heck, it was why I got a PSP.
