JVC X EYE different packaging?

I saw american JVC X Eye in blue and red boxes i wonder if they are different models? Any clues?

There are at least three different packaging styles I know of. There was the "standard" packaging for big retailers like Toys R Us, a more serious looking box that was carried a bit later by big retailers and then a very generic looking box in white and blue that I only ever saw at Karaoke stores. The system itself didn't change in design in the US like it did in Japan.

Ohh i see. The most generic one i saw was white and black and blue box. I wonder what was the red one..

I'm not too sure about that, to date I've heard of three different versions of the JVC X'Eye. One that has both RCA and Genesis 2 output jacks, one that has the Genesis 2 output jack only, and one that has RCA output jacks only. Dunno what relation they have to the packaging as they've all been loose systems.
