I recently finished my second playthrough of the game, and was wondering if anyone else played (or hopefully enjoyed) it. Personally, I loved it. I consider it to be one of the best (if not needlessly complex) stories I've come across in a game.

Yes I have always had a boner for this game.
U GAIZ JUST DONT LIKE CHANGE , (builds a artificial foundation here)
Well then.
Hmm.

I recently picked it up for the Gamecube and am planning on giving it a whirl when I get a chance.
If people would just look past the rail system and actually play the game, they'd see it for the work of art it really is. I never did understand why people complained about the rails, it just cut out all of the "this door can't be opened" nonsense that fill an infinite amount of games and lead you to the two doors that are actually used.

Death From A Distance...
Killer 7 is in my personal top 10 of the best games of last generation. I bought this game for $49.99 the day it came out and would do it again in a second. You simply can't call yourself a true gamer until you've at least tried the game. FYI: Gamecube version is superior to the PS2.
Keep your eyes on Suda 51's next sure-to-be masterpiece: No More Heroes.

Are there any differences between the Gamecube and PS2 versions?
Loading times and jaggies. The PS2 version has separate, obvious loading sequences and jaggier (new word) graphics. The GC version disguises the loading times (which are also much shorter) and looks smoother overall. The GC version is also 2-discs, while the PS2 has one disc.
This game was built for the Gamecube and the PS2 version shows it.

Killer 7 is absolutely amazing. One of my favorite games of all time.
Folks should check out Grasshopper's Samurai Champloo on the PS2 too. Suda 51 oversaw the project and shoehorned in some of his trademark insanity. The game is pretty repetitive, but it has moments of brilliance.
Any game that needs an entire FAQ dedicated entirely to the various and multifaceted interpretations that the game makes possible through its story is entirely awesome, IMO. K7 is, of course, just such a game.
You are startled by a grim snarl. Before you, you see 1 Red dragon. Will your stalwart band choose to (F)ight or (R)un?
seriously, what would possess you to make such a statement, why would u say this? why, WHYYYYYYY????
i really truly and honestly tried to like this game, but the pacing was so godawful slow, its like the game went out of its way to shit on itself, i bought this for 5 dollars brand new and factory sealed bout 2 or 3 years ago...and i been turning over heaven and earth, crushing all in my way to get those 5 dollars back....someone will pay for this...oh yes...someone will pay.....
