Group Buy: Clear NES/SNES/Genesis Protector Boxes

I dont know how many people see these floating around ebay or not, but there are these clear cases that are excellent protectors for SNES/NES/Genesis Boxes (probably others as well). I got one from an auction, and loved it... after finding out how much the only seller was selling them for, I figured why not find the supplier and do a group buy. I want to get about 50 myself, but the more I get the better price I can get.

The dimensions of the case are: 5 3/8" x 1 1/2" x 7 3/8" and they are made from clear High Density PVC, lignin free. Have pop-top and bottoms. Pretty solid case.

Here is how I want to work this, Ill do everything from ordering to shipping them out. They will be .57 each, or 100 for $55.00 thats a pretty solid deal. If I can get a 1000 piece order it will be .47 each, and if I can get a 5000 piece order it will be .37 each. These prices will be for EVERYONE. If you order 10 and there is a 5000 piece group buy, guess what you get your 10 for $3.70.

Shipping will be via priority mail and dependent on the number you order. Generally, for larger orders I will ship them flat rate priority mail, $9.95. Smaller orders will be priority mail, from $4.60. This way there are DC's for everyone! I choose to ship priority, which does add a tad bit to the cost, to protect everyone from long transit times and to give DC's. Its the only way to fly. If you want to ship first class, and want to order just a handful, I can do that as well, just keep in mind first class doesnt have DC's.

So that I dont get stuck with a lot of "I want in" and no follow through, I will do pre-orders via paypal and wont ask extra for fees. This also helps me do a simple batch mailing as well! I'm not sure what your deal is man, you keep posting this stuff like I gouge people on the prices. After shipping I make a very minimal profit for the ones I sell on the boards. I'm not one bit ashamed of my prices even after you give out a source to buy them, they are about the same unless you want to order 1000's of them. Now the ones on ebay are overpriced for sure, but thats ebay.

I'd like to see you buy 5000 pieces worth of inventory and take 8-9 months to sell it and turn zero profit, be my guest. Guess this is the thanks I get for trying to cut people a break on the cost.

I read a few of your posts Dragon Warrior Jasen, and think you're hilarious. I rarely post on DP anymore and only come here around once every two months just to see what people are posting about...I usually find less than 10 topics that are remotely worthwhile to look at.
Have you ever tried to do a group buy of something? It doesn't work. Ask CUEWarrior who got stuck with a giant sum of styrofoam inserts when he bought them after most of the people who expressed interest in them backed out. Ask atmwood when he bought a large amount of box protectors and almost everyone that expressed interest in them suddenly didn't want to pay the prices of what he was offering them for. You are very foolish to think that someone would put their own money forward to buy a massive amout of these and sell them for cost to make $0 profit on them. By the way, I've contacted this company in the past and they won't do small individual orders. How about you put your money up, buy a min. 5000 pc. order and ship them to everyone who wants some at cost...be sure not to add any money for what it costs for you to ship them out because that would be screwing people over right?

Pricing of various items in game collecting is all in the would-be buyers view. I don't understand the spending that goes on regarding numerous items. Anyway, my thing is let the buyer beware. Not every consumer is created equally (whether it be funding or tolerance of pricing or whatever).
