I read about this game here:

and I wanted to know if there was any translations to this game or roms or anything. I am really curious as to how good this 8-bit rpg is.

Nesrepros has the translated rom on cart if you want to play it on your actual NES.
I highly recommend it.
Dude, there's a translation patch.
See http://www.romhacking.net/trans/222/ and http://classicgaming.gamespy.com/Vie...m.Detail&id=27 . (And yes, it's even available at Vimm.)

I'm not a big fan of rpgs, but it looks like it is detailed in story and graphics. This is something I would probably give a chance.
I have sweet home for the famicom.
Still like most mention you can play it in english through a emulator.Or get a reproduction for it on the nes.
Either of these sites have the repro.

It's a pretty good horror rpg it won't scare ya.Still has the atmosphere, and the game is realy creepy.
i've been playign it on my powerpak and it is decent but maybe a bit overrated. the combat seemed a bit frustrating overall (and the fact i got stuck after about an hour)
It's a really good NES game. I bought a reproduction cart from LeonK (NESReproductions) alongside Just Breed, and Chronicles of Radia War. Some of the best RPGs the system has to offer.
This game was recently covered in GI and cited as an influence for the first Bio Hazard (Resident Evil).
Never played it myself. Have always wanted to.
or, you can buy a NES PowerPak and run that translation patched Rom on it. that way you can play it on a NES with a reliable save ability.

well I've finally started playing this game and had another question. Has anybody else who has played this found that they have to do some level grinding in the beggining? also, overall how challenging do some of you find this game compared to other rpgs.
