Does anyone know what became of Hyperscan Player's World?

I never saw it. Did it just not have support from a community? Did Mattel Cease and Desist? Did the owner abandon it?

Wasn't much to look at, and the forums never got any posts. No contact email for the guy running the website either, makes me think it was an extension of Mattel's marketing.

EDIT: Check it out, found the blog of the dude who originally ran the website. Just some guy trying to capitalize on ad revenue and ride the wave of a new product (at the time).
