for me not so much the rarity in general but the hardest for me to find and get at a decent price after 14 yrs would be intelligent qube.

Tough Call, but some of these I know are very rare
MegaMan X3 SNES
Earthbound
Final Fantasy Tactics Orig.
Clock Tower
Conkers Bad Fur Day
Ive got a crap ton, hard to say what is rarer anymore.
Oddly enough, Darkwing Duck for the Turbografx-16, which was given to me by a friend along with a healthy handful of other TG-16 games.
The rarest I think I own is Guilty Gear NTSC (PSX) (7 on the digitpress guide).
But since I'm based in Europe my collection is mostly PAL where it's generally harder to find real rarity indicators (apart what you see in the wild, which could be anecdotic evidence).
EDIT: Hmm, although it's rated 7 on the digitpress guide there are 3 copies to be found on Ebay at the moment, so that could indicate it's not really that rare

Stack-Up Complete
My rarest titles are probably:
MINT Shock Troopers 2nd Squad for Neo Geo
SEALED Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire for PC Engine and
SEALED Sylphia for PC Engine.
I used to have Darius Alphia too but I sold it.
Guns don't kill people,
Chuck Norris kills people!
I would say either my Ninja Gaiden 3 prototype cart or my Powerblade Playchoice 10 PCB.
Mine would have to be:
PS1 Mortal Kombat 3 (Jewel Case Version)
PS1 Spider-Man: Enter Electro (Pre 9/11 Version)
My pirated NES and SNES games
probably Barneystein on disk.
or a Tony 2 patch disk..or RC Pro Am 2
I used to have this game on cassette called Cannibal for the TI/99 4a..i think my dad made it by entering code he got from a magazine..i haven't been able to find any info on it.
I have a couple real rarities, but these 2 prototypes are my rarest. I know for certain I am the only person who has either of these 2 titles. They are both equally rare. They are both from the same company, which also produced Word Safari: Friendship Totems and Math Patrol: The Kleptoid Threat, the 2 rarest GBA games.
My megaman X Gamecube controller by nubytech is easily the rarest thing I own. Sadly, it's got a lot of wear from the previous owner as the rubber on the main analog stick is completely gone and the A button sticks quite a lot, but it did ship with the original half-orb packaging.
Id have to say my Mogul Maniac Romox cart for the atari 8 bit. Simply put I have not seen another one anywhere in cart form. Isnt a prototype but its still a neat addition to a collection.
I wish I could get one of those education master carts that dorsett made. I lost out a group lot of 2 of them ( of the same I take it with the same model # on the label) and Supersalt. I figured after 90.00 It was getting out of control. Supersalt I could get online for 35.00 and the dorsett carts were unknowns.

My rarest I would gather by the Price I paid is Bubble Bobble 2 for NES, though I would think maybe due to not many of Jaguar anything being published I am hoping my Cybermorph and Iron Soldier is up there too.
Currently Looking For: Jaguar CD, All Jaguar Games, and Overlays. N64 Games. and a Working Fairchild Chan F.
Current Collection: Jaguar - 2 games
N64 - 57 games / SNES - 4 Games / NES - 12 Games (Including Factory Sealed Gold Zeldas
I think the rarest videogame in my collection is Fatal Fury Special (PAL) for the MegaCD (SegaCD). But I knew the game was a rarity until a week ago
The rarest games in my collection are NWC #260 ,a DKCC cart and a SFSW cart.
