A guy is selling me an european version of Ninja Five-O (Ninja Cop) for 28€. The game is rare and pricey in the Usa, but I'm not sure if it happens the same with the EU version. Should I get it? Thanks.

It is a great game and well worth €28 gameplay-wise. I don't know what it's actual value is though.
I'll agree with Vectorman on this one - well worth the purchase if you don't have it. Don't know if its rare at all, though.
This is the game:
It has a pretty big sticker at the back, but outside of that it seems to be in a perfect shape. So, is it recommended to get the game? I don't have much money at the moment and I also want to buy Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga, so I want to be sure it is worth it. BTW, how could I remove that sticker without damaging the box? Thanks a lot, you can always find an answer on this forum for everything.

Is it a great game? Damn straight it is!
But it's also very, very short. I beat it (via emulation) in less than three hours, and once you're done with it, it doesn't really have much replay value unless you're a masochist and want to beat it in hard mode.
I'd go for Superstar Saga instead.
I would coat the label in some goo gone with a Q-tip, let it sit for a few minutes and check to see if it will peel off. Reapplying more Goo Gone in necessary, until it is ready to come off. Check the Technical forum for more detailed and different ways to clean off stickers.
I prefer Ninja Five-O, though Mario and Luigi may be a better value for the money.
Mmm, it seems that big sticker is part of the game. Sometimes in Europe, there were games sold from another countries. In this case, it seems like the sticker is in Portuguese, so the game must be from there.
