I could be wrong, but I think it's 63, but they would all have to be smaller than 128 kilobytes.
It's best to ask on the tototek forums.

I did that..I got no right answer
Of course, it depends on the size of each game that you are adding to the cartridge. So, you should be able to do the simple math yourself, if you know the sizes of each game that you want to flash to the cartridge.
As it is, Tototek's software will keep track of each game that you add to the cart for flashing, and calculate the space used and the space remaining.
To get the "right" answer to your question, you may want to list which games you are wanting to flash the most, and then someone could do the math and give you that "right" answer.

I could have found that even if I was blind and demented.

Which is the third forum?
Keep in mind that is the same response you will get after you have ordered from them, it's been two months, and you're e-mailing them asking where your stuff is.
Tototek is the only place to get some items, and I did eventually get my stuff, but the general concensus is that they are terrible when it comes to answering e-mails.
Tototek is run by one guy, Tomy. When he does respond, he's very informative and helpful, but it takes him forever to respond sometimes.
Sometimes a forum post is faster, and most of the time, online chat is quickest.
