Binders are associated with casual collectors (usually children), who are less interested in grade/condition and just want a display to store their books between readings.
Bagged and boarded books are associated with the collector who is far less likely to repeatedly read the issues over and over, therefore the books are more likely to be in a better condition.
Faulty logic can apply to either scenario, I know. But, I'm more likely to give someone a better price if they bring me a collection that has been stored in an acid-free box, bagged and boarded than I would if someone brings me a binder full of books that may or may not have been handled by an adult.

There also seems to be a special (unnumbered) issues this month about the Zelda series, but I'm having problems finding a decent image.
Acht, do I have to do everything myself?
YES, it is Brian Provinciano. Behold, the Whois lookup for RetroCityRampage.com !

The man lives! Spread the word! (Bit of a shame he's evidently dropped the plans to release an actual NES cart. I guess someone approached him with a dump truck full of money.)

August 2010 - Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies

Sorry for the crappy pic, it's the only one I can find at the moment. I'll update this post when a better one is found.
October 2010 - Epic Mickey
November 2010 - Anniversary Special
There are actually two distinctly different covers for this issue. I'm having trouble finding a decent image of the other, but I'll upload it when I do.
EDIT: So, after poking around a bit, I'm seeing that, at some point in the last year or so, they started routinely putting out two different covers for each issue. See, it used to be that issues bought on the shelve had a full size image with writing all over it on what can be found in that issue. Subscribers got the same issue, but the cover image was smaller and unobstructed, with a footer under it showing the headlines. Apparently, each edition now has a separate image. I'll look into going back over all my posts from the last few months and see if there are differences.
