... the fuck? Maybe on eBay USA, but this isn't eBay.

In fact, lots of European eBay sellers ask that the buyers cover the PP fees... and some sellers at GTZ do it too. Hell, I did it recently.

I think it's just ebay/paypal policy. Maybe it is unlawful for a business to charge extra when people use a credit card?

Regardless, if a seller wants reimbursement for Paypal fees on these forums, I don't have a problem with that. If you do, you can send a money order.
