Default CD-I games released in long box and regular jewel case?

I was just wondering if anyone has a list of the North American released games with both. I know Escape from Cyber City, International Tennis Open and Tetris has both also possibly Laeser Lords(may be the European release that is a jewel case.) I was just wondering. If anyone knows that would rule. Also when they released Frog Feast was it a DVD or CD case?

the games listed in the catalogue in the long cases are long case games. I think they are mostly games released in 1992

    Backgammon
    Caeser's World of Gambling
    Sargon Chess
    Battleship
    Connect 4
    Jigsaw
    Text Tiles
ABC Sports Presents: Palm Springs Open
    Defender of the Crown
    Pinball
    Dark Castle
    Escape from Cyber City
Zombie Dino's from the Planet Zeltoid
    Lords of the Rising Sun
    Video Speedway
    Mystic Midway
    Laser Lords
    Alice in Wonderland

some of the games listed were not released though like Deja Vu and Uninvited so I did't include them.
