Seems fishy. Why would they put the "Licensed by Nintendo" and seal of quality on a prototype?

Always err on the side of caution when buying protos but in the final stages they may have tinkered with a prototype label. Same layout as the intended released version to see how it looked.
Never the less, i tend to doubt that the label is original. It's unlaminated paper (looks like laser printer?) that hasn't aged a bit.
Although, where you'd get the artwork for it, i have no clue...
It's real. All the newer Tecmo prototypes have this.
