Default Advice required- new system getting time!

Evening all. A recent re-arranging of my R.O.D. has resulted in me having a spare box, which up until recently was housing my NES (don't worry, it just got promoted to a drawer). I was originally going to use it to house spare peripherals, but I thought 'hmm, it's been a while since I had a new system, far too long in fact'. Only problem is, I can't decide what to get. I already have the following- 2600, Jaguar, INTV, Vectrex, PC-Engine, Turbografx, NES, SNES, N64, Virtual Boy, 3DO, Master System, Mega Drive, Mega CD, Saturn, Dreamcast, Neo Geo AES and 2 PS1s- and I'm torn between an Atari 7800 and an Amiga CD32 (laugh if you want- it (briefly) gave me some happy times 10 years ago). Then again, I also want a CD-i, or an AV Famicom... suggestions would be welcomed.

The only restriction I have is that I have a PAL TV, so NTSC signals through an RF are out. Otherwise, suggest away (up to a budget of around $100-140).

    i have a CD-i and i really can't reccommend it.

i would reccommend an A/V famicom since your already wanting one. its nice and small, you get composite video and sterio sound. and its all set for a FDS if you decide you want one in the future

I'm all for the Amiga CD32. It's a sweet system and fairly easy to find decently priced games for. I still have mine and it's in perfect condition and impossible to break.

But then again, I've always been a C= kinda guy

Can't go wrong with either the AV Famicom or the 7800.

From availability as a standpoint... Atari 7800 and SMS.

7800 or SMS. My personal vote would be for the SMS.

Gah, I'm a cock. And have edited the original post accordingly.

That said though, my SMS is a model 2- is it worth trying to find a 1st model just for the cards/3D goggles?
