Those are just a few of the deals going on. Sears has alot more cheap ass games but rather you would care or not depends on your taste. Toys R Us has also done alot of clearancing but their remaining stock is pretty gimpy. But your best bet right now is Target. This is the time of year where they start clearancing 30-50% of their current stock to make room for incoming holiday games. I haven't kept this thread going much lately but I will make sure to keep posing the deals as I see them.

that game was the first, last and only game i've ever rented from redbox for 2 dollars only to return it 2 and a half hours later, lol i could have kept it till the next day as i was already charged, it would have been alot more convenient for me that way to....but i just wanted that goddamned disc out of my fucking house lol


i say this with no ego or hyperbole...that game is easily the worst piece of shit i've played this generation and probably front runner behind legend of legaia 2 on ps2 as worst game of the last 11 years

At the KMart I work at anything in the dump bins (aka not locked up in the showcase cabinets) is $20 or less either reg or a clearance price (which is Wii, DS, PS3, 360 and what few PS2 titles we have).

There were some other cheap 3DS games for as low as $4.98 and a nice selction for $11.98 beyond the ones I already mentioned. And of course I didn't list everything but this time I covered around 60-75% of all the good stuff. I even listed a Pc game this time. At $6.04 I almost grabbed Tony Hawk: Ride but I'm really not a fan of skating games and I really didn't want any more big ass peripherals sitting around collecting dust. I could have got it to sell but it's pretty much $15 or cheaper everywhere you can find it.

I was disappointed that the Wii and PS3 versions of UFC: Personal Trainer were on clearance but the 360 version wasn't. I've been waiting to pick that one up. I think this store was clearing more space out for this weekends upcoming black friday sales. Tomorrow and Wednesday I have two more Targets to hit so hopefully I find even more deals.

I'm not surprised Duke Nukem is already in the clearance bin. Target has it for $19.99 but they are never going to sell at that price. I might pick one up if it gets to $5 or so. And most of those Best Buy deals can actually be purchased online. So if your store doesn't have it you can have it sent directly to them for store pick up and save on shipping. Overall deals are starting to come in more. Best Buy has cheaper clearance prices for 360 games and Target has cheaper clearance prices for PS3 games.

I found Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation on DS today for $17.48. I have to wonder if these price drops are universally consistent. I've been in one store that had Dream Trigger 3D for $20.98 and the same store I got DQ VI from had it for $14.98 (should have bought it at that price). I've got a store near me that still has Steel Diver for full price it looks like. Well, they were still in the display and not tossed on the clearance racks.

For Target the answer is definitely no. I have three local Targets and a few non-local ones and they all march to the beat of different drums. For instance, some are selling Yoostar 2 for $20.98 and I got mine for $8.98 at one location. And the same can be said for pretty much all of their games.

The prices I listed for Best Buy are universal for all stores, which is why I said you can also use their website to get those prices online. Walmart is also pretty consistent but you will also find cases where some stores are cheaper than others with their clearances.

It definitely pays to shop around and since I usually don't open my games until after I've had them awhile, when ever I see cheaper prices I just buy the cheaper version and take the more expensive version back. Target and Walmart are good for that because you get 2-3 months to return unopened items. But Best Buy only gives you 30 days(45 if you are a Rewards Zone silver member).

Best buy is having a buy 3 get the third title free for anything 29.99 and above. I don't really know how long it will last but it looks like it covers every platform and even used games.

They actually had that same sale the entire weekend of black Friday(Thursday-Sunday). I picked one up for myself but I think this time I will pick up multiples in hopes of finally moving the many copies of Metroid: Other M strategy guides I have.

The coupons are available in their gaming magazine. I got a free membership for being a reward zone and gamers club member(both free to join). Bulletstorm has a similiar coupon($15 off) but I'm not sure if it's marked at $20 like the other two are. I left out a bunch of Ds and a few 3DS games from Target's clearances but most of them were pet games. They are starting to put out stuff they pulled right after the holidays and it's been getting cheaper each week. I have a few more things I'm going back for next week.

You know, I think I could have survived this entire gen on nothing but Target clearances. They are so plentiful and if you wait long enough you can get things unreasonably cheap. And Fallout: NV must have really sucked because it wasn't even selling at $10. I remember not too long after that game came out it was $20 everywhere. Even at $6 I passed on it. I'm waiting for Assassins Creed 2 and Halo Wars to both get clearances below their current $14 price. And this was another reminder for me to not pick up almost any game for $20. That use to be the rule but now I can actually get them cheaper than $20 if I wait around for Target's clearance sales. I can't wait until they start clearancing Vita titles.
