Used the PSX one a lot back in the day. It's laying around somewhere, probably buried underneath tons of other gaming peripherals I don't use anymore but won't get rid of.

Oh yeah, I loved that little guy. Mainly because I always keep my save files after I beat a game.

However, the software that came with it was terrible. I always use Dexter. Too bad there isn't a similar device for PS2 saves.

I have the N64 version and loved it back in the day. It was the only way I could keep ghosts for all my best times on every Mario Kart track! Unfortunately, I don't have a serial port on my current computer, so it's fairly useless. Maybe I can set it up on one of my older computers...

I got both a n64 and a psx one. I got the psx dexdrive so I could finish Valkyrie Profile. Because of the dexdrive, I was able transfer my save over and finish the game on an emulator. I'm still trying to track down a working copy of disk 2 so I can have a complete working copy.

I never understood the purpose of the N64 Dexdrive since a majority of games didn't even use the memory card. What was there really to save (besides Mario Kart ghost's)? I have the PS1 Dexdrive and used it on a regular basis until I got the PS3 w/memory card adapter. Regardless, I still plan on keeping it.

^ Actually if you had a gameshark you can export save froms from games that did not use the memory card. Thus hacking opportunties and nerdyness ensued trading information that you technically can not share...

I should pick one of those dexdrives up... actually, two of each. XD

I had AR for the xbox and was able to play level four of halo as a hunter. Which was fucking amazing.

There were a few games that required it to save. The first Snowboard Kids did... uh, I'm sure a few others I can't think of did.
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?
