    Default Retro Duo compatibility problem

If this isn't the right place to post this, forgive me, I'm a new guy here. I just got a Retro Duo and have been getting games off ebay and at flea markets. So far all the games have worked except Legend of the Mystical Ninja. The seller said the game was tested and worked fine on a real SNES, but I just can't get it to boot on the Duo. I'm going to try cleaning the contacts. If that fails, I'll try to get to a real deck and test it. I only paid six and change, so it's no biggie, I just always liked this game.

Can anyone else confirm that this game is compatible with the Duo?

    Thanks!

We have a whole thread dedicated to the Duo including all of our compatiblity tests ...

I'm not sure if anybody has tested that one ... you may be the first to report it as problematic!

    Talking NES/SNES Clones

I am now deciding on whether or not to get the RETRO DUO, but I already have the FC TWIN.

I have only played a few SNES hours on the twin. Jury is still out, for me. I got some good results video- and sound-wise, but also on one game some video interference.

    Still testing.

I was told that the RETRO DUO is made better and will be more durable than the FC TWIN.

    Is this the case ?

Why not just get an actual SNES? They aren't that difficult to find.
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!

Its comes with your normal Yellow, Red, White AV RCA cable. The Retro Duo also has an S-video cable as well (which is part of the AV cable).

Doubt it. By looking at them it looks as if the Duo is better built, but I don't think there's much of a difference in the end. The Duo does have S-video, but its really only good for SNES portion.
