My Saturn needs to have its internal clock set everytime I use it, but I've replaced the CR2032's in it already. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Depends on where you get the CR2032's. I've purchased crappy ones as well as decent ones. I did buy some Energizer ones from WalMart about a year or so ago and they have worked fine with no problems.
It sounds like it could either be dead or put in wrong so that it's not making a connection. Try taking it out and putting it in again. If that doesnt work, try getting a new battery and trying with that.
If that doesnt work then I'm afraid I'm at a loss as either of those two methods should fix the problem.
It's possible the little finger that it rests on has been bent down to the point where it's no longer making contact with the cell. Carefully bend it upward just a bit for better contact. Of course try a new battery first.
