Best Video Poker/Slots/Keno on Console?

Maybe someone can help me out. I'm throwing a birthday party for my 80 year old mother. In her day she used to tear up the video slots but now she can barely get around. We are going to throw a Vegas themed party for the old gal and I'm turning my gameroom into a video casino parlor. I have a newer Japanese Pachinko and Pachislo machine but to set the scene I would like to put something on my MAME and my 54 inch TV. Right now my TV has an NES, SNES, N64, and a Gamecube hooked to it. So out of those machines which has the best casino simulator (keeping in mind that I want to stress Video Keno/Poker/Blackjack/Slots). What would be the best MAME rom? Thanks!

Vegas Stakes on the SNES and Vegas Dream on the NES. They're basically sequel and original.

Neo 21, Neo Dragons Wild and Neo Mystery Bonus. All card and slot games for the NGPC. I don't know if they are MAME-able however. They'll be good and simple so its hard to go wrong with that.
