Please tell me somebody has a Target near them with GTA4.

That deal is below and beyond my price point (I was going to get it when it hit 50), but 22.98, that is incredible. Surely somebody has to live in a city where they still have this at Target for 22.98 (unless you personally own the game and want to sell it to me for that price). Looking for SE edition only
