Default Classic Gaming Stores in NYC

I'm planning a trip up to New York city in September to visit some friends. Is there any cool vintage game stores worth checking out?

Also - what sort of stuff is available only at the Nintendo World store? I know they have some unique stuff....

That should take care of the stores near by, and anything Nintnedo related is at the NWS.

I went to the Nintendo world store last week while on vacation in NYC.
they have Wii games,DS games and very few advance games.

    A shitload of Pokemon merch.

Alot of Mario related stuffed animals, Nintendo shirts, hats.
Classic NES shirts, pez dispensers, stickers, patches, etc..

Wii consoles set up to play.

The have a cool little section the 2nd floor where they have like a mini Nintendo history museum set up. Its cool, and worth checking out if your around.

    We have done this before:

There's J&L in Chinatown, they're overpriced and more import than retro
There's videogamesny on the lower east side, they're overpriced
There's a new Play n Trade in Union Square, they're not well-stocked yet

Your options are limited, my friend. NYC is not exactly a haven for classic gamers if you're looking for a store like DP.
