I thought all the bad ratings would prevent this game from being downloaded.

You can get that on PSN and XLBA as well, so you're really not missing anything when it comes right down to it.

I don't know. I can't really see playing 8-bit, 2-D Megaman with the 360 controller. PS3 controller is a maybe.

I'll agree with you on the 360 controller part, but the PS3 controller is perfectly fine for 2D games. I use a Dual Shock 2 to play my ROMs on the PC and it works perfectly.

What a coincidence: it's also the second worst WiiWare game.

Yes. LostWinds, Toki Tori, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King, and Gyrostarr have received very good reviews. Magnetica Twist, Block Breaker Deluxe, and Dr. Mario Online Rx are good, too.
