I was the first to see this and hesitated on it, does it look legit?

The picture isn't clear enough to give a good opinion. Although that top seam in the middle seems legit--those can be faked too.

There's really not a lot of BAD negatives, just slow shipping and some shipping mistakes and the sort, but if you check his other auctions he seems to sell only factory sealed games and have received a lot of positive feedback from it.
Personally, looks like you really missed out! lol
I don't know. I tend to believe in the mantra that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. When the last couple of sealed Chrono Triggers sold for over a grand on Ebay, one selling for $200 makes me skeptical. It's the same deal when you're looking through CD games on Ebay and one in particular strikes you as unusually cheap. Then you click on it and find out that they're using stock photos and it's a disc only copy.
If there's any doubt, don't do it, I say. At $10, take a flier, sure. But at $200? No way.
Maybe it's not only not an original seal, but it's got a copy of NBA Jam in there.
I agree he has too many seled games for sale. To be honest I cannot remember the last time I ran across a sealed nes or snes game. I think alot of his buyers never open the games and if they did he would probably have more negative feedback. Tabbed this under too good to be true.
