Hard to say what it would go for. It met my reserve of $500 so I'm satisfied already. It's a tough item to price out because the cart alone is super hard to find, complete in a box just impossible, and with the original shrinkwrap and "historical" value, probably "one of a kind".
A lot of personal questions are getting answered by this auction about the hobby, collector tendencies, and the value of video gaming. It's about more than just the money to me.
Ever? That's a shame.Originally Posted by digitalpress

cool.....alien software. Maybe it was packaged by the guy that welcomes you to the digit press website and has the awesome music.
nice auction, if I wanted it, I'd shell out the big bucks to get one in such awesome condition.
I say this will go for over a grand...
Nope....Monkeys....had to be monkeys. Aliens would charge to much and they deal in currencies that you never heard of before. Monkeys will work for peanuts!!Originally Posted by Keir to the nth power

It went for about what I expected, really. I wasn't sure what the shrinkwrap would add to the overall value. Not too much, I think. I think the hardcore 2600 people that don't own the game already would have paid close to 1500 just for a boxed mint copy. I doubt you'll ever see this again.
Well I am upset that I didn't get it.
But I'm happy that my last bid made Joe an extra $100.00 or so.
@Joe You owe me a beer
