I dunno what happened, nor is it my right to intervene, but if the issue is for $23, why not just refund? You will avoid plenty of current and future headches and it will also reflect your success in future sales and transactions.
If it was me, I would have paid $23 and never go through any of this ever again.

On a side note, and I will be VERY general on this (since I dunno if it's against forum rules), but depending on the firmware, you could upgrade it via Network settings. I saw you mentioned OEA...is this the "most common" version?

Ok, so you say that you are going to pay me on some magical date unknown to me or anyone else here. So, when is it? Can I hold you to a date? 11/30/08? 12/30/08? 11/30/10? I am a working class Joe myself with bills, car issues, life issues....and even I can set a payment date for a bill. So, what will be the date that you right this wrong?
And as for the internet theft pun...do you understand the reason I am saying this is because you are looking like a thief to me? You took $165, told me the item was "mint", it arrived broken, I was upset, contacted you, you gave me a sob story, and I agreed to a freakin' $50 refund. You refunded $27, and then forgot about me. You even avoided my PM's for awhile. Now it is so easy for you to invest every few minutes into this thread. Pay up already and we can move on. Or, continue to be a thief.

And yet you can make offers to buy game systems and to have a PSP modified. It really does appear to me that you're claiming to be in the poorhouse, when you're then starting threads asking to buy stuff. So which is it? If you have the money to buy stuff, you have the money to pay back Zek. If you do NOT have the money to pay back Zek, then you should NOT be starting threads asking fror services or to buy items you do not have money for.
That's the reason you're getting grief. So, I would HIGHLY suggest you either settle up with Zektor, or stop any and all posts in the Buying and Selling forum until you get your finances in order since you apparently don't have the money to be making deals for mods and systems.

Heh...I think I will not hear or see much of my "pending refund" after this. The thread will slowly get buried, and mills will not respond to my requests. He couldn't even respond as to a specific date he could promise me the refund.
Anybody want to buy mills debt? I'll sell this $23 reimbursement to anyone for $11.50! If you can get it out of him you'll make out with a 50% profit! I can bet nobody would bite on that deal however...
